I am currently pregnant with my fifth baby and wanted to share a few must haves I have learnt along the way. Please find my top 5 pregnancy must haves.
1. Pregnacare Pregnancy Vitamins
I have taken these with every pregnancy.
Just take one daily after your main meal and it provides the vitamins and minerals you need whilst pregnant. Obviously these don’t replace a healthy, balanced diet but they have always given me the comfort that if I’ve missed something they will help.
2. V shaped pillow
These are fabulous whilst pregnant but also once baby is here for feeding. As you get bigger during pregnancy they are great for trying to get comfortable in bed.
3. Pregnacare Stretch Mark Cream
I have used this cream right from the start of each pregnancy and so far my tummy has no stretch marks. Who knows if it’s the cream or just pure luck. It has a lovely smell and leaves my skin feeling soft and cared for.
4. Water
Simple plain water. Feeling hydrated helps relieve some of the unpleasant side affects of pregnancy; tiredness, sickness, constipation. It’s also good for you and your baby. During early pregnancy I like to squeeze fresh lemon juice in my water as I struggle a little with plain water whilst having morning sickness.
5. Pregnancy Journal
Sometimes (more often than not!) the last thing you feel like doing is sitting and writing when you are tired, feeling sick and all the other pregnancy symptoms! But a pregnancy journal is a great way to keep all your pregnacy memories. With my first four pregnancies I brought the same journal for each baby. Unfortunately with this pregnancy they have stopped making it but I’ve found a new pregnancy journalwhich I love!
So here are just a few of my must haves, I could quite possibly go on. Please let us know what your must haves were in pregnancy x

Alas, being a man I have never been pregnant so I can’t answer this! But…I’ll say drink lots of water and make sure your partner is well-read and knows all about pregnancy. Bets of luck delivering Number 5. #thatfridaylinky
I absolutely loved my support pillow when I was pregnant. Definitely a must have! #ThatFridayLinky
Yes to all of these except the V shaped pillow (I had one with my first & am now expecting number four). I HATED it & couldn’t get rid of it fast enough!! #ThatFridayLinky
